Strict safety & hygiene measures are in place to ensure that you are safe when you visit us. They include:
1. Mandatory temperature checks upon arrival (staff/therapists/clients).
2. Increased awareness programmes for staff & therapists on best hygiene practices including frequent hand-washing, sanitising and maintaining social distancing protocols.
3. All individuals (staff/therapists/clients) are required to wear a face mask inside all branches. The client may remove their mask at the time of getting the massage only.
4. Each therapy room is thoroughly sanitised after every massage session.
5. Each treatment session will be scheduled after a gap of at least 30 minutes, giving adequate time for disinfection.
6. Frequent disinfection of common areas & surfaces.
7. Hand-sanitiser is available in all common areas.
8. Reception team to wear gloves and use hand sanitizer over gloves after each client interaction.
9. To maintain social distancing protocols, prior appointments are mandatory.
