Yinyang Spa was established with a singular vision: to bring the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine to the modern, fast-paced environment of the UAE. In a world that often demands constant activity, we provide the necessary counterpoint of rest and recovery.
Our name reflects the fundamental principle of balance, where the physical and spiritual aspects of health are harmonised to create a state of total well-being. From our humble beginnings to becoming a leading name for massage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we have remained committed to the core values of authenticity, expertise, and grounded care.
The continued growth and success of Yinyang Spa are driven by a leadership team dedicated to the highest standards of wellness. Our owner, Anna Fan, has been instrumental in shaping the brand’s identity as a sanctuary of authentic healing. Under the strategic direction of our CEO, Jason Zhang, and the operational expertise of our COO, Azarnoosh Rasti, Yinyang Spa has evolved into a premier wellness network. Together, they ensure that the original vision of providing genuine therapeutic recovery is maintained across every branch, from our flagship centres to our community-focused locations.
At the heart of every treatment we offer is the concept of Qi—the vital energy that flows through the body’s meridians. We believe that physical discomfort and mental fatigue are often the results of blockages within this system. By utilising traditional techniques such as acupressure and rhythmic manipulation, our therapists work to clear these pathways, allowing the body to return to its natural state of repair. Our approach is holistic, meaning we do not just treat the symptom, but look at the body as a connected system that requires balance to thrive.
Our journey began in the Jumeirah community at Village Mall, where we first introduced our signature approach to wellness. The response from local residents and visitors alike allowed us to expand our footprint, leading to the opening of increasingly ambitious centres. Today, our network includes the 15,000 square foot flagship at Al Ferdous 4 and our expansive 13,000 square foot sanctuary in Dubai Mall Chinatown. Despite our growth and the scale of our current facilities, we maintain the same personal, focused care that has defined our brand since day one.
